Compliments, Suggestions and Complaints
There are times when you may want to advise Lancashire Sport Partnership of your feelings. These may be in the form of paying a compliment, making a suggestion or lodge a complaint. Lancashire Sport Partnership wants to hear your comments in order to improve our service to you. We want to make this process as easy as possible and for you to be able to make your comment as soon as possible after the event, action or issue which prompted your decision.
Lancashire Sport Partnership keeps a record of all compliments, suggestions and complaints, and undertakes to acknowledge your comment promptly, usually within 5 working days of receiving it, and provide a detailed response where appropriate within 20 working days.
