Lancashire Sport Partnership in association with Youth Dance England and Northwest Dance, Lowry is looking to recruit an individual who has the passion, skills and motivation to drive forward the development of dance in Lancashire.
The Youth Dance Development Officer will work strategically to plan, develop, implement and co-ordinate a program of initiatives which will contribute to the delivery of Youth Dance England's Three-Year National Plan as it applies to the Lancashire County.
The successful applicant will initially be expected to support the newly established county dance steering group and take a leadership role with the development of a Lancashire Dance Strategy.
The Youth Dance Development Officer will have an office base at Lancashire Sport Partnership in Blackburn, but will work across Lancashire and link in with the work of Lancashire Sport Partnership, and Northwest Dance based at the Lowry, Manchester.
