Lancashire Education Business Partnership is seeking to employ a 14-19 Employer Engagement Officer to enable the organisation to meet its contractual obligations for the Learning Skills Council and the 3 Local Authorities across Lancashire.
Key Objectives of the role are;
- To support Lancashire Education Business Partnership’s and Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre’s 14-19 Employer Engagement Strategy. Reporting to the Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre Travel to Learn Partnership the post holder’s objective will be to increase participation of the business community and develop strong effective working relationships with a small number of key business organisations through sector specific direction.
- To manage Lancashire Education Business Partnership’s Employer Engagement Foundation Group. The aim of this group is to be pro-active in improving the lines of communication regarding Employer Engagement within the organisations and assisting LEBP in becoming the leading independent Employer Engagement brokerage service between Education, Post 16 Learning Providers and Employers across all three Lancashire authorities.
This post will be based in Blackpool for 2 days per week for the length for the duration of LEBP’s contractual obligations. The other 3 days will be based at the Blackburn office.

Salary: Initially up to £23,000 (starting point dependable on experience)
