Main Duties
- To enable Lancashire Sport and its partnership to be recognised as being 'excellent'.
- To strategically lead the development of Partnership District, cluster and County initiatives which promote the effective delivery of the outcomes of the single system for sport.
- To lead and manage the work of the Partnership development team to achieve the core themes and specific team targets outlined in the Lancashire Sport strategy.
- To work effectively within the Lancashire Sport partnership to promote equity and cohesion across teams and work areas to achieved shared outcomes and added value.
- To deputise for the Chief Executive as required.
