Reasons for Getting Involved with WSF NW

Personally I have had so many positive experiences and made so many friends through my involvement in sport that it would be great if I were able to enable others to have the same positive experience. I also believe that women have a lot to offer in terms of skills and should be given every opportunity to develop and use these either in a professional or voluntary capacity.

Interesting Fact

I was once on Saturday morning TV with David English playing cricket in a jumper knitted for me by a relative, which was far too small. I was also once the 'cover girl' on the BNF Educational catalogue!!
