Core Team Performance Management System

We are implementing a system to monitor our progress against the key aims of  each of our four work areas. These will be updated quarterly and published on this  page to ensure transparency and accountability of the work that we do. Each of the  tables use a 'traffic light' colour coding  system to indicate our progress within each  area of work. Below you will find our Performance Management Framework and quarterly reports for the last 12 months April 2007-March 2008.

Culture and Sport Improvement Toolkit (C.S.I.T)

C.S.I.T. (formerly known as TAES) is a self-assessment tool developed by Sport England that enables sport and recreation services to achieve continuous improvement. It provides a vehicle through which the national framework for sport and national priorities can be delivered. Lancashire Sport Partnership uses the C.S.I.T. system to evaluate itself annually and identify areas for improvement. Our latest improvement plan can be downloaded below:

Partner Evaluation Questionnaire

A successful partnership needs to ensure that we are meeting all of our partner's needs with the work that we do. In early 2007, we carried out our own survey with our partners and the results of this can be downloaded below:

Active People Survey

Our primary goal is to increase participation in sport and physical activity across Lancashire. As part of the Sport England family we share their vision is increasing the number of people doing a minimum of 3 sessions of 30 minutes moderate physical activity a week. This '3 x 30' target can be monitored by the results of the annual Active People survey. Sport England's national  goal is to increase the percentage of the population doing '3 x 30' by 1% each year. As an important member of the 'delivery system' for sport in Lancashire we aim to actively contribute to this target.
