In aid of World Autism Awareness Day there will be a 10k run on 2nd April 2011 at 10.30am.
Starting and finishing at Sporting Edge, the run is a one lap course over University fields and grounds, roads, rural lanes, footpaths and tracks. There is a Goody bag for all finishers, with refreshments and massage available at the finish.
The entry limit is 500 and it will be run under ARC Rules (permit applied for). To enter online please click here. Please note no dogs allowed on University grounds. All proceedes go to the National Autistic Society

There is also children's races available at 12:00pm after the 10k run around the Athletics Track. Including a 50 metre sprint, 100 metre sprint, 200 metres, 400 metres, mini hurdles and relays.
