Through the Access to Volunteering Fund we have been able to fund a free Cricket Coaching Course for Disabled Adults (Aged 16 and over).
The course is to help engage disabled adults into volunteering and coaching by offering them training and qualifications to give them the confidence to become successful volunteers and coaches.
This course has been organized through the Lancashire Cricket Board and will be a session introducing key skills in coaching cricket.
There will be 3 support workers attending the session to help support people with additional needs. If any candidate has any specific needs and require 1 to 1 support there is additional funding available to help support this.
There are 20 places in total. The Course Details are:
