Lloyds TSB Bank plc in Preston recently agreed a sponsorship deal to provide T-Shirts for the squash-mad kids at Leyland Leisure Centre. The deal was finalised by John Gibson and Barry Dale their Senior Bank Manager.
As Barry said: "I fully realise the tremendous benefits children can gain from playing sports, especially such an active sport as squash, and we are delighted to support the Leyland Lions Junior Squash Club"
The minisquash sessions for 5 to 11 year olds, part of the England Squash & Racketball National Coaching Scheme are proving extremely popular with the kids.
As John said: "We are part of England Squash & Racketball's National Accreditation Scheme. I am working closely with Kevin Loughran the Partnership Development Manager (PDM) at Leyland St Mary's RC High School and Sports College Brownedge in the development of school-club links in the South Ribble Area.
