Nominations Now Open for The FA Community Awards 2011 Presented by McDonald's
The awards aim to recognise and reward grassroots clubs and volunteers across the country, the unsung heroes of grassroots football.
Lancashire FA is calling on people from across the region for nominations for the eight award categories so that they can be recognised for their achievements. To nominate an individual, club or league from your community, complete the required nomination form and return it no later than 18th March 2011.

Winners are awarded at a local, county and national level so there is plenty of opportunity for your heroes to be acknowledged. If you know a coach, club, league official or volunteer whose great work deserves to be rewarded then make sure that you nominate them now! Winners of the 2011 national awards will attend The FA Community Shield at Wembley in August and will be presented with their awards by some of the country's top football icons.
