What is the programme?
Lancashire Sport Partnership has been delivering the Positive Futures programme since April 2007. The scheme offers sporting activities to young people aged 14-19 years old, living in a deprived areas within East Lancashire (Blackburn, Burnley, Rossendale, Pendle, and Hyndburn).
Currently we have a range of projects running, for example; Blackburn with Darwen Referee's Forum, Burnley's Strike for Life Project and Urban Pursuits in Hyndburn.

What are the incentives?
Through these activities, there is the chance to further develop a young person's skills and qualifications in an area of their choice through volunteering and attending training courses to ultimately increase their employability.
How do I register?
Lancashire Sport partnership are recruiting young people onto the programme from now until March 2011.
