Funding
The Hyndburn Talented Athlete Fund is a bursary scheme managed by Hyndburn Leisure Trust, designed to support Hyndburn's gifted sports people. Individual athletes of any age living in the borough of Hyndburn can apply for grants of up to a maximum of £150 to help meet costs such as travel, training and equipment.
The aim of the fund is to help emerging sports stars who, while perhaps receiving support from their club, are currently receiving limited financial support from other partners. Performers of all ages and disabilities from all sports recognised by Sport England are eligible. See attached info booklet for more information.
