Cycling

You never forget how to ride a bike!  So why not get back on the wheels and take up cycling.

An activity that all the family can do, be it recreationally and taking in the sites, or more competitively in mountain biking or track cycling, or even BMX biking.
Lancashire is perfect for recreational cycling with its many rural areas and also many of the urban areas promoting cycle lanes in an attempt to reduce traffic on the roads and get more people active.

Why not consider a local club to improve your performance, or just get down to your local bike shop and get back in the saddle.
