Lacrosse

Lacrosse is an outdoor goal-scoring sport played between two teams of ten players, each with sticks called crosses. A crosse has a long handle and a triangular head with a mesh pouch for catching, carrying, and throwing a hard rubber ball. The object of the game is to sling the ball into an opponent's goal to score points.

If you want to try Lacrosse for the first time or revisit the opportunities that the sport has to offer in Lancashire, be it for fun, socially or competition then you will be sure to find an opportunity local to you.
